Your journey begins in the red-earth wilderness of Tsavo East and the dramatic lava fields of Tsavo West, before heading to Amboseli National Park, where large elephant herds roam against the stunning backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro. The itinerary then takes you into the Rift Valley, with a relaxing boat safari on Lake Naivasha and birdwatching at Lake Nakuru, home to flamingos and rhinos. Finally, you’ll explore the legendary Masai Mara, where endless plains, abundant predators, and possibly the Great Migration await.

Day 1: Mombasa - Tsavo East
Pick up from your hotel 6:00 am . Drive along Mombasa – Nairobi highway to Tsavo East. You will have a stop over on the way for a short call. You will enter Tsavo east national park through Bachuma gate. Tsavo is the biggest national park in Kenya known for its vast herds of red elephants. Other animals found in the park are: lions, leopards, cheetahs, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, antelopes. It also has physical features as well as rich bird life. You will have game drive until time for lunch at your safari lodge. After lunch, you will relax in the lodge until 4.00 pm, time for evening game drive. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight at 6.00 pm.
Day 2: Tsavo East - Tsavo West
At 6.30 am, you will have early breakfast. You will check out of the lodge and have game drive heading to Tsavo west national park. Here you will visit the famous Mzima springs. You will go down the tunnel to see hippos, crocodiles and different species of fish inside the clear waters. Arrival at the lodge will be at lunch time. After lunch, relax in the lodge. At 4.00 pm, the evening game drive starts. You will visit the rhino sanctuary. At 6.00 pm, return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Tsavo West - Amboseli
At 6.30 am, you will wake up for breakfast. Check out of the lodge and proceed for game drive through Chyulu hills heading to Amboseli national park. On arrival in Amboseli, you will have game drive en-route to the lodge for check in and lunch. After lunch, relax in the lodge until 4.00 pm, where you will proceed for evening game drive, and visit the Masai villages. At 6.00 pm, return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 4: Amboseli - Nairobi - Masai Mara
Early morning breakfast then proceed for morning game drive. This is the best time to view the mount Kilimanjaro. Have the final game drive as you leave the park for Masai Mara. Lunch will be in Narok town. Masai Mara is famous for annual migration of wildebeests accompanied by zebras across the Mara river to the Tanzanian Serengeti national park. Other animals found are the big five, hyenas, buffaloes, crocodiles, hippos, giraffes, antelopes. You will arrive the park in the evening with game drive en-route to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 5: Masai Mara
At 6.00 am, you will wake for a cup of coffee then proceed for an early morning game drive. This is the best time to see animals like lions sleeping on the morning dew. You will return to the lodge for full breakfast. The rest of the day is spent game viewing with picnic lunch, visiting the Masai villages, returning to the lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight.
Day 6: Masai Mara - Lake Naivasha
Early morning after breakfast, you will check out of the lodge and have your last game drive in Masai Mara as you leave the reserve for l. Naivasha . You will arrive and have game drive in hell’s gate. The park is famous for volcanic activities and hot springs. You will have your lunch at l. Naivasha lodge. Evening game drive will begin at 4.00 pm up to 6.00pm. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 7 Lake Naivasha - Lake Nakuru
Early morning after breakfast, you will check out of the lodge and have your last game drive in l. Naivasha as you leave the reserve for l. Nakuru national park. The park is famous for the big population of flamingoes in the lake, rhinos, lions, giraffes, zebras, waterbucks, eland, leopard, and buffalo. You will arrive and have game drive in the park. You will then check in the lodge for your lunch. After lunch, you relax in the lodge until 4.00pm where you will start the evening game drive. At 6.00pm, return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 8: Lake Nakuru - Nairobi
After breakfast, you will have the final game drive as you leave for Nairobi. On arrival , you will have a city tour and also visit the giraffe centre. Lunch will be in a Nairobi hotel. After lunch, you will visit the Nairobi national park till evening. Overnight will be spent within the city.
Day 9: Nairobi - Mombasa
Early morning after breakfast, the journey takes you back to Mombasa with lunch on the way back. Arrival in Mombasa will be in the evening.
