Departing Nairobi
Start your holiday safari right from the heart of Kenya’s capital. Whether you’re looking for a quick day trip or a multi-day journey through the wild, our safaris departing from Nairobi offer convenience, comfort, and unforgettable experiences.
Ending Nairobi
Seamless endings to unforgettable journeys. Whether you're returning from the wilds of the Masai Mara, the foothills of Kilimanjaro, or the Great Rift Valley lakes, these safari itineraries end in Nairobi — Kenya’s gateway to the world.
Day 1: Nairobi – Lake Nakuru
Your adventure begins with a scenic drive from Nairobi to the wildlife-rich Lake Nakuru National Park. Enjoy a game drive in search of the famous tree-climbing lions, the rare Rothschild’s giraffe, and flocks of flamingos painting the shores pink. Lunch at the lodge. Afternoon game drive before returning for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2: Lake Nakuru – Maasai Mara
After breakfast, journey to the legendary Maasai Mara, arriving in time for lunch. In the late afternoon, set out for a game drive as the sun paints the horizon, with big cats prowling the golden grasslands. Return to your camp for dinner under a blanket of stars.
Day 3: Maasai Mara
Two tempting options:
- Dawn Patrol – Early morning game drive, return to the lodge for breakfast, relax, then head out again in the afternoon for another thrilling safari.
- The Full-Day Feast – After breakfast, embark on a full-day game drive with a packed lunch, exploring deep into the Mara’s hidden corners.
In the evening, sip sundowners in the wild as the Mara sky ignites in oranges and reds before dinner and overnight at camp.
Day 4: Maasai Mara – Lake Naivasha
Drive to the serene Lake Naivasha, where hippos wallow and birds call across the water. After lunch, enjoy a boat ride followed by a nature walk on Crescent Island. Dinner and overnight at your lodge.
Day 5: Lake Naivasha – Amboseli
Head south to Amboseli National Park, famed for its close-up elephant encounters and majestic views of Mt. Kilimanjaro. Lunch upon arrival, followed by an afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at camp or lodge.
Day 6: Amboseli
Morning and afternoon game drives, or a full-day safari with packed lunch to maximize your time in the park. Watch as elephants amble past with the snow-capped peak of Kilimanjaro as their backdrop.
Day 7: Amboseli – Tsavo East (Kilaguni)
Depart for Tsavo East, Kenya’s largest national park, with its red-dusted elephants and endless plains. Lunch at the lodge, then enjoy an afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight with the sounds of the bush all around.
Day 8: Tsavo East – Tsavo West
After breakfast, cross into Tsavo West, visiting Mzima Springs – crystal-clear pools fed by underground streams – and keeping an eye out for hippos and crocodiles. Afternoon game drive before dinner and overnight
Day 9 – Tsavo West to the Coast
Leave the bush behind as you travel to the Kenyan coast — to Diani’s powder-white beaches or Watamu’s coral-fringed bays. The salty breeze replaces the savannah air, and your days ahead promise barefoot walks, ocean swims, and lazy sunsets.
Day 10 – Beach Bliss
Your final day is yours to do as you please. Snorkel, dive, sail, or simply bask in the sun with the one you love. As night falls, dine to the sound of waves, the wild still lingering in your heart.
